the room was spacious and housekeeping everyday made the room look like new every day when we came back tired

Maids only change sheets after 2 nights. Unprofessional staff that does not know policies and procedures. Breakfast was cold/poor options. I will never stay here again! Paid $336 ($236+$100 deposit)

Everything was very nice.

For the price, this exceeded our expectations. While it isn't fancy, our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was nice showing up to the smell of chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. We were probably 15 minutes to Disney and 25ish minutes to Universal Epic so the location was ideal. We would absolutely stay here again.

Every aspect of this beautiful diamond in the ruff hotel is fantastic. Perfect location perfect atmosphere and great helpful and kind staff.

Breakfast was good but at certain times very busy and nowhere to sit Front desk staff were excellent ..cleaning staff depended on who was on..one day room was excellent , next day not so ..often had to go to reception during the week for clean towels, toilet tissue , shampoo etc

Close to Disney and free shuttle to theme park, and great complimentary breakfast!!!

The location was great just a few minutes from both Universal and Disney. The free parking is a plus as you need a car to move around.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms looked freshly renovated, everything was super clean and the staff were very kind. We really enjoyed our stay! You cannot expect a 5 star hotel for that price but all in all we can 100% recommend staying here. The breakfast is typical American with one-way plates but still good. Everybody found something to eat! :)
